Do you charge fees to integrate with my POS?
WISK does not charge any fees to integrate with your POS. However, your POS might charge a fee to integrate with a 3rd party system such as Toast or through Omnivore. Please verify directly with your POS if they charge integration fees.
Yes, multiple users can count inventory at the same time using WISK. Each user can be assigned specific areas or items to count, which streamlines the process and ensures accurate and efficient inventory management across large venues or teams.
All plans are paid by credit card (VISA, Mastercard) and are quoted in USD.
You can cancel your plan at anytime if you are on a quarterly plan. You can keep using your account for time that you have already paid. A cancelled plan will not renew at the next renewal date.
Your data will be deleted from our servers immediately so make sure you export your data first. Keep in mind, there are no refunds for charges that have already been put through.
We strongly believe in allowing WISK users the flexibility of having a quarterly subscription.
Therefore, annual subscriptions are not required. If at any point you decide that you'd like to switch from a quarterly to an annual subscription, you are able to do so and will receive a discount on your package.
The WISK mobile app is currently only supported on iOS devices. The web dashboard can be accessed on any mobile or computer (Google Chrome is recommended).
