- Eligibility: The Referral Program is open to all eligible participants who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the company, their immediate families, the company's affiliates, consultants, contractors, and their immediate families are prohibited from participating in the Referral Program.
- Reserved Rights: The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time for any reason without notice or consent.
- Self-Referrals: Referrals must be made to a third-party restaurant. Self-referrals, referring your own restaurant, or a restaurant within the same group, chain, or under the same umbrella, whether owned directly or indirectly, are strictly prohibited and will not qualify under the Referral Program.
- Existing Relationships: Restaurants that are already registered with our platform or are currently in the process of onboarding do not qualify for the Referral Program.
- Discounted Rates: Restaurants that qualify for or are already enjoying a discounted rate (for any reason) on our platform are not eligible for the Referral Program.
- Unique and Valid Referrals: Referrals must be unique and valid. A unique referral means that the restaurant hasn't been referred to our platform by another referrer. A valid referral means that all necessary information has been provided and the referred restaurant satisfies the requirements set down by us for it to qualify as a referral.
- Rewards: Rewards for a successful referral will be distributed as directed and decided by the company. The company reserves the right to change reward allocation without prior notice.
- Misuse of Program: Any individual found to be defrauding the program, in our sole judgement, will be deemed ineligible for the program and any outstanding rewards will be cancelled.
- No Illegal Referrals: The referrer agrees to abide by all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations in their participation in our Referral Program.
- Data Privacy: Any personal data you provide will be held and used in accordance with our privacy policy.
By participating in the Referral Program, I agree to these terms and conditions, confirm that I have read them, and understand and agree to all the terms herein.
