What's included in the implementation fee?

The implementation fee includes onboarding, POS integration, and product catalog setup so you can start counting right away. Annual plans also include full recipe setup — we input your recipes and validate pour standards, saving most teams 1–2 weeks of manual work. Variance insights kick in after your first two inventories, once a baseline is established. Quarterly plans can add recipe setup for $750.

What does human invoice review actually include?

Human eyes on every invoice, every month — so you're only paying for what you actually received, at the price you actually agreed to. Our dedicated review team checks every line item, matches SKUs to your WISK catalog, flags pricing discrepancies, and corrects wrong units of measure. Beverage invoices turn around in 2 days. Food within 3. Packs are priced per invoice — we review the full invoice regardless of page count.

What happens when I go over my invoice limit?

AI processing continues automatically at the overage rate. Human review pauses unless you have an active pack. You'll get an in-app alert at 80% of your limit so you can top up before running out.

Why is food priced higher than beverage?

Food invoices are genuinely more complex — more SKU variations, non-standard units of measure, recipe-level costing, and ingredient price volatility. Setup takes 2–3× longer and ongoing review requires more judgment per line item. The pricing reflects that. If you're unsure whether food is right for your operation, start with beverage and add food once you're getting value there.
